update: if you’re not on a paleo diet, but looking for an amazing gluten free pizza, you must read on. when i first found out i was gluten intolerant, i instantly mourned no longer being able to eat pizza. we tried one gf pizza dough after another – each more awful than the last. then, we stumbled upon against the grain pizza in the frozen section of whole foods and decided to give it a try. i am pretty sure i swore it was the last chance i was giving gluten free pizza, and thank goodness i did! this pizza is AMAZING. super thin and crispy crust, awesome pesto sauce (which also happens to be nut-free), and just the right amount of cheese. we like to add turkey sausage and sliced apple to ours. they also have a basic marinara that is equally awesome for dressing up with your favorite toppings. from freezer to plate takes about 10-12 minutes in the oven. my only caveat is that is a serious, but delicious, calorie bomb. check out the whole selection of their grain free products here.
