the mountain man is a bit of a cookie monster, so we always keep cookies stocked in the house. whether home made or store bought, it is pretty rare to not find some in our cupboard. when we found out that i’m allergic to wheat, we weren’t quiet sure what that meant for favorite little desserts.
we tried a variety of gf baked goods, but we both had a serious oh.my.god moment when we tried a batch by wow baking company. i’m a serious glutton for their oregon oatmeal cookies – super moist, just the right amount of chewy, with little bits of cranberries and apricots for sweet and tart bliss.
from decadent brownies to crunchy peanut butter cookies, all of wow baking company’s products are free of wheat and gluten, and they use organic cane juice in place of refined sugars. all around yum.
